🚨 URGENT: MLS Fees Due by April 5 – Avoid Suspension

Team,

This is an URGENT reminder that your LVR MLS Access Fees are due no later than Sunday, April 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

There are still a number of agents on the team who have NOT paid yet, and this needs to be handled IMMEDIATELY.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Billing Date: March 2, 2026
  • Coverage Period: April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
  • Deadline: April 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • No Grace Period — weekends and holidays do NOT extend the deadline
  • System is available 24/7 to make your payment

⚠️ If not paid by the deadline:

  • You will incur late fees
  • Your MLS access will be suspended

This will directly impact your ability to:

  • Access listings
  • Schedule showings
  • Conduct business

Do not put yourself in that position.

If you need assistance, LVR is available:

  • Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
  • 📞 702-784-5000

Handle this today and confirm your account is current.

Let’s stay compliant and keep business moving.

Our Monthly Milestone Meeting scheduled for today is being pushed to Tuesday, March 10th at 10:00AM.

The reason is simple — we are wrapping up several major projects, and I want this rollout to be delivered with precision, clarity, and impact. This next meeting will be one of our most important of the year.

Here’s what we’ll be covering:

• Official announcement of our new Sales Manager
• Full presentation of our brand-new Listing Presentation
• Launch of our structured Buyer Consultation process
• Rollout of our updated, production-driven training & accountability calendar
• Market updates and conditions
• Recognition & awards
• Key company updates and next-level direction

[IMPROVEMENT] 🚀 ARG Slack + Training Update

Team,

FYI - I’m in the process of overhauling our Training Calendar. 

This isn’t just a refresh — it’s a production-focused redesign built around:

• Lead generation

• Pipeline building

• KPI tracking

• Accountability

• Workshops that move the needle

• Faster path to production

I’m working closely with our new Sales Manager to restructure what we already built and refine it into a system that helps you:

→ Get into production faster

→ Build a consistent pipeline

→ Track performance the right way

→ Focus on income-producing activities

Because of that shift, Slack is being updated to mirror this new training structure.

• Channels will be reorganized

• Some channels will be archived

• New channels will be created

• You will be automatically invited to the channels that match your production level and training track

• Each channel will have a clear description outlining its purpose

This is all designed for clarity, focus, and results.

Official Launch – March 1st

Our fully updated Production Training Calendar launches March 1st.

Make sure you’re checking the Success Calendar in Element regularly.

We will officially announce:

• Our new Sales Manager

• The updated production training structure

• Expectations and KPI focus

At our upcoming Milestone Meeting in March.

Leadership Update

Hi Team,

I want to share an important leadership update with you.

Valerie’s last day serving in a leadership capacity with Alessi Realty Group will be February 14th. While she will be stepping away from her leadership role, Valerie will remain a licensed agent with Alessi Realty Group and will continue to operate her sphere-of-influence business with us.

Over the next 30 days, Valerie will remain actively involved in our online trainings, so please continue to join and take full advantage of the insight, experience, and value she brings during this transition period.

Valerie is shifting her focus toward select projects centered on effective communication, an area she has been deeply passionate about and impactful in throughout her career. We fully support this next chapter and appreciate the contributions she has made to our agents and leadership team.

As we move forward, I will be beginning the process of identifying a suitable replacement for the Sales Manager / Growth Advisor role to ensure continued support, accountability, and momentum across the organization.

Additionally, effective immediately, any agents who have been reaching out to Valerie for transactional support, guidance, or advice should direct all related questions and requests directly to me. I’m fully available and committed to supporting you and your business during this transition.

On behalf of the company, I want to thank Valerie for her leadership, dedication, and contributions to our agents and organization.
