Welcome back! The holidays are officially behind us, we’re settling back into work mode, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you.

2025 was a fantastic year for Alessi Realty Group — not just in production, but in growth, culture, relationships, and the community we continue to build together. Whether this past year brought big wins, hard lessons, momentum, or resets, every single one of you played a role in what we’ve built, and I’m grateful for that.

Now it’s time to turn the page and go to work.
I’m excited for 2026 and everything in front of us — new opportunities, continued growth, and raising the bar even higher together. My door is always open, and I’m here to help you in any way, shape, or form as you map out your goals and game plan for the year ahead.

P.S. As we get settled in after the holidays, our monthly sales meetings will resume in February. We will not be holding a sales meeting in January. This gives everyone time to reset, prepare, and start the year strong — more details coming soon.
