Quick update for everyone, our TeamUp calendar has been refreshed, and we’ve made the weekly flow more intentional and easier to follow so you can plan your days with clarity.

For example, Morning Mastery will now take place every Tuesday at 10:00 AM via Zoom only (starting tomorrow). 

You’ll also notice that most trainings now include a Zoom option for those of you who can’t make it into the office daily. We want learning to be flexible and accessible for everyone.

Even if a session is listed as Zoom only, you’re always welcome to join in the conference room with the team and leadership. It adds a layer of collaboration, connection, and shared learning.

I would like to announce the February Vanguard Award winners!

Each month we will send out a list of the top 10 agents who had the highest production in volume from the previous month.

The top 3 agents on that list will be entered into the Alessi Realty Group Vanguard Awards each month. At the end of the year, we will congratulate and award all of the agents that were added to the Vanguard with a private special event.
