Dear RR Agents, we've added a new contract section in SISU for your rental transactions.

On a go forward your rental transaction form will be in SISU for you to manage your transaction and disburse your commissions. We needed to add this so you dont have to use the buyer or seller contract to close form.

Dear RR Agents,

Please be advised that any food left in the refrigerator after Friday at 4:00PM will be trashed out at the end of the day. The maintenance crew comes every Saturday to clean the office and I’ve given them instructions to clean out the entire refrigerator every weekend.

Please be advised that you are required to fill out the fields on the contract to close form for your buyers/sellers. You will fill out the initial transaction form and then when the transaction closes you will have to fill out the remaining fields such as “settlement date” which will change the status to closed in SISU. We've made some updates to Element that we wanted to point out to you.

1.There is a brand new shop link where you can get some great Resolution Realty branded schwag! (Special thanks for the Hard Work on this shop goes to Lynn Arce!)

2. We've updated the Start Here flow in the training library to make it very clear which trainings you need to complete depending on if you're a Seasoned Agent or someone brand new to the industry.
