LVR's Transaction Desk & Doc's + from Remine
Hello RR Team Members,
I’m writing today to properly introduce Remine Docs+. Docs+ will be taking the place of your current Transaction Desk effective in September 2022. Any new transactions should be created in Docs+. Any current transactions can be completed in your Transaction Desk.

Remine Docs+ is easy to use, collaborative, and cloud based. Docs+ offers end-to-end document creation, e-signature, multiparty collaboration, and transaction management all in one place. Docs+ is a full transaction management resource, built to solve the headaches of marking up contracts and managing multiple versions. Real estate professionals can now quickly fill out, sign, and management transaction paperwork in one modern application. Plus, stay compliant with built in checks and a fully downloadable audit report that captures revision history.

- Docs+: Clauses (4 minutes)
- Docs+: Settings (2 minutes)
- Recreate your templates in Docs+
- Add necessary contacts
You will not need to use the “Guides to Moving to Remine Docs+”. You may want to review how to “Export Contacts to Spreadsheet or CSV file Transaction Desk” depending how many contacts you’ll need to transfer.
