kvCORE SMART Goal: CMA a Day Activity
Hey Team,
My colleague shared this CMA activity that he got from Bill Pipes, when Bill was a part of the Tom Ferry org. It helped change the dynamic of his team from being 90% buyer focused, relying entirely on Zillow, to 50/50 buyers and sellers. Check it out and see if you want to share this idea with your agents. The goal of this activity is to send 1 CMA / day to engage your clients and to get listings.
The critical component of this is not to ask to list the home of the person you are sending the valuation to, rather to gain referrals from them.
Note: You will need the client's name, phone number, email address, and physical address for this activity.
For maximum results, you should have this in your calendar at a set time / day every day, 5x per week.
How many listings will you get?

1. Send a listing valuation
2. Send this email
Subject: Best Email You'll See Today!
Body: {client_name}, I sent you a home valuation in another email because homes have increased/decreased x% in the last 30 days in {their area}.
I'm going to follow up with a call in the next 24 hours to see what you thought about it.
3. Call them with this script the next day:
Hi {client_name}, it's {your_name}.
Did you see the valuation I sent you?
Was it too low, too high, or on the money?
I want you to keep in mind that this valuation is based on an algorithm that has never been to your house.
