We're excited to announce our newest Element improvement, the Element Training Assistant.

With the extensive training library available on Element, we know it can be difficult to know exactly what you should be working on and learning at any given point.

You're busy; there's a lot on your plate, and you can't afford to miss out on any of the information that you need to succeed in this business.

Now, the Element Training Assistant is the solution for keeping yourself on track with your training courses at Resolution Realty. Our weekly email reminders will adapt and keep pace with you so that no matter how fast or slow you move through each course, our emails will be there to tell you what's most important next, even bringing in help when needed if you fall too far behind.

IMPORTANT: Because this is a new launch, we expect to find "bugs" in the launch. When we turn the system on, it's possible you'll receive more emails than you normally will once everything is up and running.

Here are some of the key things to understand about how the Element Training Assistant will work:

• You'll receive an email each Monday telling you what courses/lessons you should focus on for the week.
• Each Friday, you'll receive an "end-of-week" email that reminds you about those courses/lessons in case you haven't finished them and give a gentle nudge to complete them that weekend if possible to stay on track.
• The training process is broken into 4 Major Levels: Initiate, Apprentice, Journeyman, Master Agent
• As you complete a section's courses, you'll be sent a "Graduation" email celebrating your progress and letting you know what's next.
• If you fall too far behind, the system will alert the Resolution Realty leadership team so they can strategize with you to help you get back on track.
• If you move through your courses quicker than the standard pace, the emails will adapt to match where you are and wont keep reminding you about courses you've already completed (this isn't 100% perfect, but in general it should adapt pretty well)

What's next?

We'll be turning this system on sometime today or tomorrow. You may receive some emails as soon as we do. Either way, your first "Weekly Reminder" email should arrive in your inbox on Monday.
