Happy Friday Team,

Here is an update and clarification on things.

Please read carefully:

1. All of our licenses have officially been transferred to Life Realty.
2. The LVR is in the process of moving your MLS to Life Realty. I believe they will be done with that by early next week. Transaction Desk, Remine and any of your templates will move over with that update.
3. If you have an escrow leave it under Resolution Realty for now. We are still closing files at Resolution for the time being. Later next week we can start transferring listings and escrows to Life Realty but wait for now.
4. If you sign a new listing or write an offer starting today please use Life Realty’s information. The address is 2225 Village Walk Drive Ste 260 Henderson NV 89052. The broker of records name is Sean Evenden.
5. All transactions will remain to be worked through SISU. None of the technology, training, leadership, sales meetings, etc. is changing. Our entire group is working autonomously at Life Realty. Mark Wildes is still on my Leadership Team. My company within a company.
6. You can start moving forward with updating your branding with the Life Realty logo’s and new office address. You can create your own business cards or use the our business card platform to order new cards. There are several designs that I am preparing and will email you the link as soon as the designers are done. Click HERE if you would like to access the editable versions of the Life Realty logo.
7. Send me a receipt for your cards and I will reimburse you as we discussed.
8. The NRED does not have a specific timeframe in which your updated branding has to be done BUT they said to make the updates ASAP.
9. We will be resuming our Stakeholders meeting and live training classes next month. Stay tuned for further updates on calendar.
