Resolution Realty is looking for agents who want to take their business to the next level! We’re excited to announce the launch of monthly Team Challenges that will push you to close more transactions and allow you the chance to earn exciting prizes. The best part? These challenges promise to be fun while encouraging engagement between agents both new and seasoned alike.

Why:
You asked! We listened! Combining both new and seasoned agents together in this competitive (and fun!) challenge is going to promote seasoned agents to mentor others while allowing newer agents to learn from the top brass at Resolution Realty. Teams will collaborate and share strategies to increase performance metrics like conversations, appointments set, signed listings, and buyer escrows so that their team emerges victorious.

How:
Here’s how it all goes down! A sign-up link is going to be shared with the brokerage. You’ll be able to decide whether you want to be considered for a captain role or team member. Two captains will be assigned per team: one new agent and one seasoned agent. The captains will then draw names to add four agents to their team. Team names will be created and entered on the SISU Challenge Board so we can track progress week after week.
