Please be advised that a phishing hack happened to my account and someone is impersonating me. 

You may have received a text or email asking you for money or gift cards. Block that caller and do not respond. 

Under no circumstances will I ever ask any of our agents for money or gift cards. A security notice has been sent to the IT department and we are working on taking action.
