Assembly Bill 363 brings short-terms rentals to unincorporated Clark County!
Hello RR!
During the last legislative session in Carson City, Assembly Bill 363 was passed which now allows short-term rentals in unincorporated Clark County. The ordinance must be implemented by July 1 and its implementation could change some of the existing rules and regulations on the books for The City of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson.
Remember, you should always direct clients to research for themselves whether a property would make a viable short-term rental. Below are the websites you should be directing clients to who are considering purchasing or turning an existing property into a short-term rental.
